General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abcd8bd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "abcd8bd"), governing your access to and use of the website located at abcd8bd.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and mobile interfaces offered therein.

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, depositing funds, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the abcd8bd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the abcd8bd platform.

abcd8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where such changes are material, abcd8bd will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the abcd8bd platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

abcd8bd operates as an online entertainment platform targeting adult players based in Bangladesh. All references to monetary amounts in these Terms use Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified. The platform is designed to be accessed via web browser on both desktop and mobile devices, and no specific software download is required to use the core services.

These Terms should be read alongside the abcd8bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to the abcd8bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. abcd8bd takes its obligations regarding underage access to gambling services seriously and implements multiple verification steps to enforce this rule.

In addition to the age requirement, eligible players must meet all of the following criteria to maintain a valid abcd8bd account:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.

abcd8bd may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by the platform will result in the suspension of the account pending review.

Account Registration

To access the full range of abcd8bd services, including deposits, withdrawals, wagering, and promotional participation, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a preferred payment method.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where abcd8bd identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending funds will be reviewed, and any bonus balances will be forfeited in full.

KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time thereafter. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh NID, a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. All documents must be current, legible, and match the account registration details exactly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. abcd8bd does not charge a deposit processing fee on standard BDT mobile wallet transactions. Any fees levied by the payment provider on the player's end are outside abcd8bd's control and are the player's responsibility.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review, and abcd8bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. abcd8bd's payment processing team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Players must withdraw to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own verified name are strictly prohibited.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be converted to BDT at the live market rate at the time of processing unless the player specifically requests a crypto payout to a verified wallet address.
• abcd8bd may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, anti-fraud review, or bonus wagering requirement verification.
• abcd8bd does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. Any such funds detected will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed.

Bonuses & Promotions

abcd8bd offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. These include, but are not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, BPL season reload offers, Eid deposit match promotions, weekly cashback, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each promotion at the time of launch.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all abcd8bd promotional offers:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
2. Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates will be disclosed per promotion.
3. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
4. Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Where a bonus requires a deposit to trigger it, the minimum qualifying deposit amount will be specified in the promotion terms. A deposit below this threshold will not activate the bonus.
5. Maximum Bonus Conversion: Some promotions cap the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus funds to real money regardless of winnings generated. This cap will be clearly stated in promotion-specific terms.
6. Eligible Players: Promotional offers may be restricted by account status, registration date, deposit history, or geographic region. abcd8bd reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

abcd8bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect players who have already satisfied the qualifying conditions of a promotion prior to the modification.

User Obligations

By registering and using the abcd8bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with the reasonable expectations of a responsible adult player. The following obligations are binding on all registered players at all times.

You agree that you will:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent points when information is requested by the platform.
• Keep your account login credentials secure and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use the abcd8bd platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose, resale, or professional gambling operation.
• Immediately notify abcd8bd support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations that pertain to your use of online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• Engage with the platform's Responsible Gaming tools if your gambling behaviour shows signs of becoming problematic.

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the abcd8bd platform's systems, servers, or networks in any way.
• Use automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploiting a known or unknown error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players in a manner designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Deposit funds sourced from illegal activity or use the platform in any way that constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Register more than one account or assist any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate any abcd8bd customer support agent or any other platform user.

Breach of any user obligation listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Account Suspension & Closure

abcd8bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. abcd8bd also reserves the right to close any account where continued operation of that account creates a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.

Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Confirmation or reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at platform staff or other users.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, abcd8bd will notify the account holder via the registered email address. The investigation will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be restored to full active status and any withheld funds will be released.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, abcd8bd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in full, including both real-money and bonus funds. This is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that abcd8bd may have under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, abcd8bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, technology providers, and affiliated game studios shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the abcd8bd platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

abcd8bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance wherever practicable. Unplanned outages affecting gameplay or transaction processing will be addressed as quickly as technically possible, and abcd8bd will not be liable for losses sustained during unavoidable downtime.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, abcd8bd reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any incorrectly credited funds. Where a game result is voided due to a software malfunction, abcd8bd will refund the wager amount to the player's real-money balance. abcd8bd will not honour any winnings generated from a demonstrable software error or miscalculation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abcd8bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to this, abcd8bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their abcd8bd account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and the relationship between you and abcd8bd shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through abcd8bd's internal complaints process should be directed to abcd8bd customer support in writing. abcd8bd will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
